A Deep Dive Discovery Session offers you the opportunity see your life—all of it—in one glorious panoramic sweep. You will view your past, present and future in all its richness and complexity. But you will be looking through a new lens.

In advance of your Deep Dive Discovery Session, a questionnaire will help you clarify your underlying goals so we can maximize our time together. When we meet, we'll both be ready to dive in!

Brain-Body Dominance Profile shines a light on how you function in the world. It includes:
* A picture of what's happening in your brain and body when you are at your best and when you are under stress.
* Your strengths and innate abilities, including some you may not even know about!
* Your favorite modes of communication.
* Ways in which you tend to get stuck; and how you move physically to either inhibit or support successful action.
* The kinds of work and business that best showcase your unique abilities.
* Living and working environments in which you thrive.

Together, we create a menu tailored to your individual needs and your specific profile, designed to enhance your well-being and efficacy. Your Coherence Menu includes some of the following:
* Physical activities to restore forward momentum.
* Simple exercises to recharge your internal 'battery' and raise your spirits.
* Activities that promote emotional equanimity and clarity.
* A personal recipe to release stress or avoid it all together!

We pull everything together through a powerfully transformative process, called a 'balance', that aligns your entire brain-body system with one of your life goals. (This process is no small potatoes! The first balance I received in 1988 revolutionized my life, opening the door to a whole new career as Energy Kinesiologist and Coach.)

Within 48 hours of your session, you will receive a written summary of your session including the following:
* A diagram of your Brain-Body Dominance Profile with detailed explanation.
* Your Coherence Menu with specific instructions for items on your menu.
* Final notes from your Balance including your goal, affirmations, exercises and action steps.
You will be amazed by what you learn about you in just two a few hours.

You have a choice. A 2-hour or 3-hour Discovery Session. What is the difference? The longer session covers all the same territory as the 2-hour session—in more depth. The extra hour provides extra time to explore the details of your Brain Dominance Profile. The balance is longer, giving you the opportunity to step beyond a major obstacle in your life.
